"Most Affordable Safari"

With increasing airfares, travel to Africa sometimes seems out of reach. However, WildTrek has created an affordable safari to offset the costs of air travel to Kenya for the summer of 2011. For those who are on a budget but still want to go on a safari, this is a great opportunity.

Participants will spend 8 days in Kenya visiting some of the best parks in East Africa. Travel anytime from July 1 to October 15. For only $2080 per person (2 traveler minimum) land costs only, you can have the trip of a lifetime, even less if you get friends to join you.

Accommodations are in mid range lodges and camps. Lodges and camps usually reach capacity for July through September by early June. Unless you book early, space might not be available.

Your safari will include visits to four well known parks in Kenya; Samburu, Aberdare or Mt. Kenya Forest, Lake Nakuru and the famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. Throughout the safari you will have opportunities to see all the wildlife for which Kenya is so well known; giraffe, eland, rhino, buffalo, gazelle, gerenuk, oryx, Grevys zebra, over 500 species of birds and much more.

Participants will spend 9 days in Kenya visiting some of the best known parks and private reserves in Kenya. Fly from one location to the next, eliminating long drives. Travel anytime from July 1 to October 15. Costs are $6940 ( 2 traveler minimum) land cost and in Kenya flights.

All accommodations are upscale offering the finest in amenities, service and cuisine. As most accommodations are small intimate camps, accommodations are subject to availability.

Your safari will include visits to Amboseli National Park, Lewa Downs Conservancy and the Maasai Mara National Reserve.
